A few years ago, my husband (I'll call him "Bag of Donuts” or "BoD"), was looking forward to his 4-day Memorial Day weekend. I replied that I was looking forward to my 78 day weekend beginning after the last day of school, lasting until Labor Day.
It wasn't always that way... before I had my daughter, I found summer work of one kind or another. I like to be busy. But now, I am fortunate to have an extended break each summer, roughly 78 days.
